Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how The Forge(“we,” “us”) handles information when you use our website and Interface on Robinhood Chain Testnet and related networks. It does not cover third-party wallets, RPCs, bridges, explorers, or other services you may use alongside The Forge.

Blockchain networks are public. Wallet addresses, transactions, and contract interactions you broadcast are visible to anyone and are not controlled by this Policy once they are on-chain.

Depending on how you use the Interface, we may process:

• Wallet data: public addresses you connect, and local records that you accepted the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy for that address.
• Usage data: pages viewed, referral URLs, approximate device/browser information, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and improve the Interface.
• Content you submit: token metadata, images, and other materials you upload or enter when launching or configuring a token.
• Technical cookies / local storage: preferences such as theme, connection state, and legal acceptance flags stored in your browser.

We do not ask for private keys or seed phrases. Never share them with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent The Forge.

We use information to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the Interface.
• Record that you accepted legal terms for a connected wallet.
• Debug errors, prevent abuse, and monitor availability.
• Comply with law where we are legally required to do so.
• Communicate about material product or legal updates when necessary.

We do not sell your personal information.

When you launch a token, trade, bridge, or otherwise interact with contracts, your wallet address and transaction data are processed by the blockchain network and by infrastructure providers you or we rely on (for example RPC nodes, indexers, IPFS/pinning services, analytics, and hosting providers). Those parties process data under their own policies.

Token images and metadata you publish may be stored on decentralized or third-party storage and can become permanently public.

The Interface uses local browser storage (and may use cookies or similar technologies) to remember preferences and legal acceptance. You can clear site data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to reconnect your wallet and re-accept the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Server logs and operational data are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Legal acceptance records stored in your browser remain until you clear them. On-chain data persists according to the network and cannot be deleted by us.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that host, secure, or analyze the Interface under appropriate controls.
• Authorities when required by valid legal process.
• Parties involved in a reorganization, sale, or similar transaction involving the Interface, subject to continued confidentiality expectations where applicable.

The Interface may be hosted or accessed from multiple jurisdictions. If you access it from outside the place where our infrastructure operates, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws.

You can disconnect your wallet, stop using the Interface, and clear local storage at any time. Because blockchain data is public and immutable, we cannot erase on-chain history. If applicable law grants you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we control off-chain, contact us through official project channels and we will respond as required.

The Interface is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Interface. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You remain responsible for securing your own wallet and devices.

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy. Material changes may require renewed acceptance through the Interface.

Privacy questions can be raised through the project's official channels listed on the Interface. Do not include private keys or seed phrases in any message.
